Neal has been framing art for 20 years, with 10 of those for Evergreen Fine Art. He does all the aspects of framing: mounting, joining, matting, glazing, museum mounting, fillets; hand wrapped mats; shadow boxes; restoration of frames and paintings. His framing work is continually chosen by many discerning artists.
