
Workshop Registration and Payment
All Workshops are limited and are on a first come first served basis. Contact Evergreen Fine Art at 303-679-3610 or 800-452-9453 for payment options. When you fill out and submit this form, you will be contacted shortly for payment. Indicate a good time to reach you on this form’s “Questions/Comments” section.
Deposits, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy:
Deposits or full payments are due upon registration. A minimum of 50% is required, with any final payment due two (2) weeks before the Workshop. You may use a credit card, check or cash.
The deadline for cancellation and refund requests are 30 days prior to the Workshop. A $50 processing fee will be charged for each refund request. After 30 days, there will be no refund. Refund requests must be given in writing. We cannot be responsible for non-refundable airfare or other transportation costs.
